What We OFfer
At G.A.I.M. Plan C & C, we strongly rely on Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused and other therapy approaches that focus on symptom reduction and problem solving. We assist clients by recognizing self-defeating and irrational beliefs that negatively influences client’s life. We works actively and diligently with client in identifying, processing and altering core beliefs as necessary to bring about positive change/growth.
We utilize creative evidence-based therapies, including cinema, play, art and music therapy, in helping clients feel safe as well as identifying/verbalizing difficult life issues.
